Planning process
From idea to departure

Initial guidance
We normally reply within 24 hours with practical next steps, early suggestions, and the questions that will help shape the journey.
Detailed design
When you are ready, a US$XX itinerary design fee covers the first itinerary, availability checks, detailed pricing, and up to two reasonable revisions.
The fee is non-refundable and is fully credited toward your trip when you confirm within 60 days. It does not include hotels, transport, tickets, guides, venues, or other actual bookings.
Confirm & pay
Approve the plan and pay a 40% deposit. We then begin the actual bookings. The remaining 60% is due 45 days before departure.
Supplier prepayments are always explained before payment. Trips confirmed within 45 days of departure are paid in full at confirmation.
